Ecommerce Assistant Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Assistant Manager to support and manage day-to-day online business operations across marketplaces and brand websites. The role involves catalogue management, campaign execution, sales analysis, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to drive online growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms including product listings, pricing, inventory, and order processing.
• Coordinate with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) to execute campaigns, deals, and promotions.
• Oversee catalogue quality, content accuracy, images, and SEO-friendly descriptions.
• Track sales performance, conversion metrics, and customer behavior; prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and customer support teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to suggest improvements and growth strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
• Strong knowledge of Indian online marketplaces and D2C platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with sales analytics and reporting tools.
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, promotions, and online merchandising.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling multiple SKUs and high-volume sales environments.
• Familiarity with OMS, CMS, or ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
