Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Baner, Pune, for an E-commerce Ads Specialist with 1-2 days/week work from home flexibility. In this role, your daily responsibilities will include setting up, managing, and optimising advertising campaigns across advertising platforms such as Amazon, Google, and Meta. You will analyse ad performance data, create engaging ad content, contribute to sales growth strategies, and support e-commerce initiatives. You will also collaborate with internal teams providing performance insights and clear communication to ensure strategy alignment and to maximize campaign success.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience working in a full time role
• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, campaign optimisation, and performance tracking.
• Communication skills to work collaboratively with clients and team members, and communicate performance insights effectively.
• Hands-on experience in running ads with a focus on marketplace platforms such as Amazon or Google for ad campaign management and growth strategies. will be preferred.
• Adaptable and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in reporting tools and knowledge of digital advertising platforms will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of MS-Excel, Google sheets & slides
