Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an E-commerce Ads Specialist. The E-commerce Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing e-commerce advertising campaigns, analyzing data and metrics, developing strategies to drive sales and conversions, and ensuring high-quality customer support. You will collaborate with the team to create effective ad strategies, monitor campaign performance, and communicate results to stakeholders while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to monitor campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize ads
Proficiency in E-commerce and Sales strategies, with a proven track record of driving online conversions
Customer Service experience to ensure effective communication and problem-solving with clients
Excellent Communication skills to convey campaign results and collaborate effectively with team members
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other e-commerce tools
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative environment
