At HP Lotion, we're on a mission to revolutionize the Indian beauty industry with our Scalpcare Philosophy. We are a D2C startup building India's leading expert scalpcare brand. We don't just sell products; we're creating a movement to educate consumers on the real science behind hair health, all while building a vibrant, modern, and aspirational brand that resonates with Gen Z and millennials.

We are looking for an Ecommerce Ads Intern, a passionate, creative, and highly motivated individual who wants to learn, contribute, and grow with us from day one.

What You'll Do (The Real-World Experience):

• Campaign Management: Assist in the setup, launch, and daily monitoring of paid advertising campaigns across major platforms (primarily Meta/Google/Amazon/Myntra/Ads).
• Data Analysis: Track key performance indicators like ROAS, CTR, and CPC. Help analyze campaign data to identify trends and areas for optimization.
• Creative Coordination: Work closely with our content and design teams to ensure ad creatives are delivered on time and tested effectively.
• Budget Management: Help monitor ad spend and ensure campaigns stay within allocated daily budgets.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly reports summarizing campaign performance and offering actionable insights.
• Platform Learning: Stay updated on platform changes, new ad formats, and competitive trends in the D2C advertising landscape.

What We're Looking For:

• A strong interest and basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce.
• Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail. Comfort with numbers and Excel/Google Sheets is a must.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the D2C business model is a plus.
• Students or recent graduates looking for a career launchpad in performance marketing are encouraged to apply.
