Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our Director in drivingbusiness growth and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate willpossess strong analytical skills, with expertise in business analytics, marketresearch, and competition analysis. You'll play a key role in supporting the Director inmaking informed decisions, driving growth, and enhancing profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analytics: Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and

challenges

Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends,

customer needs, and competitor activity

Competition Analysis: Analyze competitors' strengths, weaknesses, and market

strategies

Data Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track

business performance

Strategic Analysis: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support

business growth and profitability

Growth Enhancement: Identify opportunities to drive business growth and enhance

profitability

P&L Management: Support the Director in managing P&L, including budgeting,

forecasting, and variance analysis

Advanced Excel: Develop and maintain complex Excel models, dashboards, and

reports
