About the Role:-

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Executive Assistant to support the Director of One North Ships. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, with exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Director’s office and contribute to the success of the organization. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Responsibilities :-

  • Preparing, proofreading and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Screen and prioritize emails and phone calls, responding or directing them as appropriate.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure the Director’s office runs smoothly.
  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as required by the Director. Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to key documents.
  • Making standard office purchases and preparing expense reports
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Perform other tasks or jobs as need or required.

Candidate Requirements:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with senior leadership and external partners.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Working Hours: Monday-Saturday (First & Last Saturdays), 9.30am-6pm

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
