About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer at One North to support and enhance our in-house software. The ideal candidate should have experience with the CodeIgniter framework, strong Core PHP skills, and solid MySQL knowledge. Proficiency in front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery), AJAX, XML, and .htaccess configuration is required. Experience with Git, MySQL Workbench, and familiarity with SaaS and multi-tenant architecture is a plus.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in CodeIgniter framework.
• Strong understanding of Core PHP and object-oriented programming principles.
• Proficient in working with MySQL databases, including the ability to write custom SQL queries and optimize database performance.
• Solid front-end skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience in handling AJAX, working with XML, and configuring .htaccess for URL rewriting and security.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
• Experience using MySQL Workbench or similar database design tools.
• Understanding of SaaS architecture and multi-tenant application design is a plus.

Candidate Requirements:

• BCA/MCA/B.TECH or related field
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in backend
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Working Hours: Monday-Saturday (First and last Saturdays), 9.30am-6pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
