As a Backend Developer, you will design and implement robust backend services for our logistics control platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and high system availability while adhering to Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain backend services using Spring Boot and Kotlin.

· Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams for seamless integration.

· Implement message-oriented middleware solutions (JMS/MQTT).

· Ensure code quality through test automation and coverage (JUnit/Kotest).

· Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

· Support deployment and integration on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Kubernetes).

Required Soft Skills

· Agile/Scrum Practices: Experience working in Agile environments.

· Collaboration: Proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

· Adaptability: Quick learner, comfortable adopting new backend technologies.

· High Availability & Concurrency: Exposure to systems with these requirements is a plus.

Required Hard Skills

· Backend Frameworks: Advanced knowledge of Spring Boot and Kotlin (2+ years).

· Cloud Platforms: Basic experience with AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes.

· Integration: Hands-on experience with JMS/MQTT (1+ year).

· Tools: IntelliJ IDEA, Git, Jira, and Confluence.

· Testing: Proficiency in JUnit or Kotest for automation and coverage.

Preferred Qualifications

· Exposure to high availability and concurrent systems.

· Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes).
