Job Description

We are seeking a mature and highly experienced Executive Assistant to support our Director in managing daily operations, strategic planning, and high-level coordination with utmost professionalism and efficiency.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role
Excellent communication skills – fluent in English (spoken & written)
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Hands-on experience in handling TMS, delegating teams, internal coordination, and executive support
Capable of managing schedules, meetings, travel, and confidential information
Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented
Professional presence with sound judgment and discretion

Ideal Candidate:

Age between 35 to 50 years
Based in or willing to work from South Delhi
Understands the responsibilities and pace of working closely with senior leadership
Tech-savvy with the ability to handle digital tools, dashboards, and reporting
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure

Core Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for the Director
Manage calendar, appointments, and communications
Support with internal team follow-ups and task delegation tracking
Prepare and review reports, presentations, and MIS
Coordinate with departments and external partners as required

Experience: Minimum 8–10 years
