E-Tail Ads Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Analysis:

   Review and analyze performance data from past Flipkart ad campaigns to identify trends, insights, and improvement areas.

• Campaign Planning:

   Strategize and plan monthly campaign calendars aligned with business goals, seasonal trends, and client objectives.

• Campaign Execution:

   Manage and execute various Flipkart ad formats, including 

  Product Ads, Search Ads, and Display Ads

  , ensuring optimal performance.

• Performance Reporting:

   Create detailed campaign reports highlighting key metrics, performance outcomes, and actionable insights.

• Client Collaboration:

   Work closely with the client on campaign strategy, budget allocation, and performance reviews.

• Optimization:

   Continuously monitor campaigns, implement A/B testing, and optimize based on data-driven insights to enhance conversions and ROI.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in 

  e-commerce advertising

  , preferably managing 

  Flipkart Ads

   or similar e-tail platforms (Amazon Ads, Myntra, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and ad reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to campaign optimization and performance improvement.
