Head of Client Servicing

a senior leader who can be both a trusted partner to clients and a growth architect for the business.

What you ll drive:

Build and strengthen boardroom-level relationships with clients, earning their trust as an advisor.
Inspire and guide a high-performing servicing team to deliver campaigns that don t just look great but deliver real business results.
Spot opportunities whether it s expansion, cross-sell, or long-term partnerships and turn them into revenue.
Define the playbook, structure, and practices for a world-class client servicing function.
Partner with the leadership team to co-create strategy, sharpen positioning, and fuel sustainable growth.

What makes you the right fit:

Proven success in client servicing/account leadership in marketing, advertising, or digital agencies.
Experience navigating and leading complex, high-stakes client engagements at a senior level.
Strategic mindset with the ability to roll up your sleeves when needed.
Strong leadership presence clear communicator, confident negotiator, natural team builder.
A passion for creating impact on clients, teams, and the business.
5+ years of experience is ideal for this role.
