Job Description

At Leroc, we re looking for someone who doesn t just manage accounts but truly owns relationships. The right person will be a natural connector someone who understands client needs deeply, brings clarity back to the team, and ensures work delivered not only meets but elevates expectations.

What you ll do:

Be the trusted partner for clients, building long-term relationships anchored in confidence and results.

Translate client objectives into actionable strategies for our internal teams.

Drive campaigns end-to-end from briefing to delivery ensuring timeliness, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Keep a close eye on campaign performance and translate data into insights that spark improvements.

Spot opportunities for growth by proactively suggesting ideas, upselling, or cross-selling solutions.

Maintain smooth coordination across teams with sharp project management skills.

We re looking for someone who:

Has a knack for problem-solving and balancing multiple priorities without dropping the ball.

Brings maturity, ownership, and a consultative approach to client conversations.

Communicates with clarity and confidence, whether it s a pitch or a tough conversation.

Can think strategically about marketing/advertising while staying hands-on with execution.

Thrives in fast-paced environments where adaptability and agility matter more than rigid structures.

2+ years of experience is ideal for this role.

Bonus points if you:

Have prior experience in advertising/marketing agencies.

Are comfortable with project management tools, CRM systems, or data-driven reporting.

Stay curious about retail marketing and emerging trends.
