Job Description: Develop interactive and engaging e-learning courses using tools like Articulate Storyline. Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to translate learning objectives into digital training modules. Create multimedia assets, including animations, graphics, audio, and video, to enhance learning experiences. Implement SCORM, xAPI, or other e-learning standards for Learning Management System (LMS) compatibility. Optimize courses for mobile and responsive learning environments. Maintain and update existing e-learning content based on feedback and evolving training needs. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in e-learning and instructional design. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in e-learning development and instructional design. Strong graphic design and multimedia editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects, Premiere Pro). Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
