E-Commerce Team Leader

• An E-commerce Team Leader is responsible for managing and guiding an e-commerce team to execute online sales strategies, enhance customer experience, and achieve business goals. Key duties include overseeing daily operations like product listings and order processing, analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with other departments, and developing team members through coaching and mentorship.
• Responsibilities
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coach team members to foster professional growth and ensure high performance.
• Strategic Execution: Develop and implement e-commerce strategies that align with the company's overall goals and enhance customer engagement.
• Operational Oversight: Manage daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, order fulfillment, and customer service, ensuring they meet targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and identify trends to optimize the online store and drive sales.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, IT, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and cohesive strategy implementation.
• Budget Management: Oversee the e-commerce budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Process Improvement: Initiate and drive efficiencies within the team and implement e-commerce best practices to improve user experience and conversion rates.
