E-Commerce Team Leader

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Team Leader to oversee a team of sales executives. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the team, making outbound calls, distributing leads efficiently, managing data, and achieving the sales targets set for the team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise the sales team to ensure daily and monthly targets are met. - Efficiently distribute and monitor leads using CRM or Excel. - Assist the team in making outbound calls and closing deals. - Maintain accurate sales data and generate performance reports. - Provide training, feedback, and coaching to enhance team performance. - Collaborate with other teams such as marketing and operations for seamless coordination. Requirements: - Graduation in any field. - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in a team lead role. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
