E-Commerce Team Leader

As an Ecommerce Tech Leader at our company, you will play a crucial role in transforming our sales and services functions for both Residential and commercial Fire & Security products and solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing integrations between various platforms, managing vendor relationships, driving standardization, and leading a Center of Excellence for global alignment. You will also champion change management and adoption of digital tools and processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, implementation, and improvement of integrations between Salesforce, backend API, Orders, CommerceHub, and other sales platforms. - Develop and manage integrations using technologies such as EDI, API, and SFTP based on evolving business needs. - Ensure systems and processes are scalable and reliable to support business growth. - Partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and improve system performance. - Stay updated with best practices and emerging technologies in e-commerce fulfillment and integration. - Drive standardization while meeting local site needs globally. - Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful delivery of third-party led implementations. - Build and lead a Center of Excellence for global alignment and continuous improvement. - Champion change management and adoption of digital tools and processes. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - Experience: Over 10 years in digital transformation, supply chain, factory operations, or related roles. - Demonstrated success in implementing Industry 4.0 solutions and supply chain digital tools. - Strong expertise in ERP/MES/WMS systems and familiarity with IoT, AI/ML applications. Skills and Competencies: Technical Skills: - Hands-on experience with e-commerce and fulfillment system integrations. - Familiarity with Salesforce suite of Applications and other platforms. - Track record of building scalable, maintainable, and reliable technical solutions. - Experience with integration protocols like EDI, API, SFTP. Soft Skills: - Strong leadership and project management skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Problem-solving mindset with a focus on scalable solutions. - Cultural adaptability and fluency in working across global teams.
