Ecommerce Tech Leader

As the visionary Ecommerce Tech Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the transformation of sales and services functions across Residential and commercial Fire & Security products and solutions. Your primary focus will be to execute the digital roadmap, align business objectives with scalable technology solutions, and lead the governance, deployment, and evolution of core digital platforms. Additionally, you will be instrumental in post-M&A efforts to build a new company Apps platform and establish an independent digital organization. Your key responsibilities will include leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of integrations between various platforms such as Salesforce, backend API, Orders, and CommerceHub. You will develop and manage integrations using EDI, API, SFTP, and other technologies to meet evolving business needs. Ensuring solid, scalable, and reliable systems and processes to support business growth and operational reliability will be crucial. Collaborating with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and enhance system performance while staying current with best practices and emerging technologies in e-commerce fulfillment and integration. You will drive standardization across global deployments while managing vendor relationships and ensuring successful delivery of third-party led implementations. Building and leading a Center of Excellence to support global alignment, best practice sharing, and continuous improvement will be essential. As a change management champion, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of digital tools and processes across the organization. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, along with at least 10 years of experience in digital transformation, supply chain, factory operations, or related roles. Demonstrated success in implementing Industry 4.0 solutions, smart factory technologies, and supply chain digital tools is required. Strong expertise in ERP/MES/WMS systems and familiarity with IoT, AI/ML applications, and advanced data analytics tools are highly desirable. In terms of technical skills, you should have significant hands-on experience in architecting and managing integrations for e-commerce and fulfillment systems. Deep familiarity with Salesforce suite of Applications, Yext, Tridion, and similar platforms is essential. Your track record should demonstrate the ability to build scalable, maintainable, and reliable technical solutions, along with experience in EDI, API, SFTP, and other integration protocols and tools. Strong leadership, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills are also crucial for success in this role.
