E-commerce Specialist (Shopify)

We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Specialist with strong Shopify expertise to manage and optimize our online store. This role involves day-to-day e-commerce operations, improving website performance, driving sales growth, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Shopify, digital marketing, analytics, and e-commerce best practices. Key ResponsibilitiesShopify Store Management Manage, update, and optimize the Shopify store, including products, collections, menus, and onsite SEO. Customize Shopify themes (basic Liquid, HTML, CSS preferred). Install, configure, and manage Shopify apps to enhance store functionality. Maintain store performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness. E-commerce Operations Oversee product uploads, pricing updates, inventory accuracy, and order flow. Coordinate with fulfillment, warehouse, and customer service teams. Monitor customer journey and resolve issues related to checkout, payments, or navigation. Sales Growth & Optimization Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies. Improve PDPs, landing pages, and cart/checkout experience. Conduct A/B tests to improve traffic, conversions, and AOV. Monitor site performance and fix broken links, errors, or UX issues. Marketing Coordination Work with marketing teams to support paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads). Manage discount codes, promotions, and campaign landing pages. Ensure proper tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, UTM parameters). Content & Brand Execution Upload and optimize product descriptions, images, videos, and attributes. Align store visuals with brand guidelines. Create or update homepage banners, category pages, and seasonal layouts. Reporting & Analysis Track KPIs: sales, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and customer behavior. Provide weekly/monthly performance reports. Use analytics to suggest improvements and new opportunities. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, with strong Shopify experience. Solid understanding of Shopify admin, theme customization, and app ecosystem. Experience with GA4, Meta Pixel, and e-commerce analytics. Strong knowledge of SEO, CRO, and digital marketing fundamentals. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
