About the Role:

E-commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms such as

  Amazon, Flipkart, and company website

  .
• Handle product uploads, inventory management, pricing updates, and order tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely dispatch, stock availability, and product content updates.
• Analyze sales performance, generate reports, and identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discount strategies.
• Assist in creating engaging content for

  social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback online.
• Manage chatbots.
• Work with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across digital channels.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in

  E-commerce operations or digital marketing

  .
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
• Basic understanding of

  social media marketing and content creation

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of

  Amazon Seller Central

  or

  Flipkart Seller Hub

  .
• Basic photo editing or Canva skills.
• Experience with paid ad campaigns or performance tracking.
