E-commerce & Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings across platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Process and track online orders, returns, and replacements
  • Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and product teams for smooth operations
  • Respond to customer enquiries on e-commerce and social media channels
  • Share regular reports on orders, enquiries, and performance
  • Maintain accurate stock details and ensure timely order delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field
  • 1–3 years’

    experience in e-commerce operations (mandatory)

  • Knowledge of platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart
  • Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
  • Basic understanding of social media management tools
