Key Responsibilities: Website Management: Oversee the development and optimization of e-commerce websites, including user experience, navigation, and content. Product Management: Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing to ensure accuracy and optimization for online sales. Marketing and Promotions: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional offers, and digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring a positive customer experience. Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website performance, sales data, and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and track key metrics. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales goals. Strategy Development: Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer experience, and increase market share. Compliance: Ensure compliance with platform policies and marketplace regulations.
