Increase average order value and upsell/cross-sell when possible. Reduce cart abandonment rate through timely follow-ups and retargeting. 2. 🎯 Lead Conversion & Funnel Optimization Convert leads from digital campaigns, WhatsApp, email, and chat into paying customers. Maintain lead response time under 1 hour during working hours. Improve conversion ratio month-on-month by optimizing sales pitch and objection handling. 3. 📈 CRM & Data Management Update CRM or sales tracking tool daily with customer interactions, follow-ups, and deal status. Maintain accuracy in customer data for future campaigns and analytics. Segment leads based on interest, urgency, and past interaction. 4. 💬 Customer Communication & Relationship Building Handle inquiries over WhatsApp, chat, email, or phone with professional tone and quick TAT (turnaround time). Build long-term relationships for repeat purchases and referrals. Gather testimonials, reviews, and feedback from satisfied customers. 5. 🧠 Digital Collaboration & Marketing Support Work with marketing to give inputs on what content/product offers are getting attention. Suggest and test new online sales strategies – live sessions, flash deals, WhatsApp stories, etc. Support in campaign ideation from a sales point of view (real-time feedback on what works). 6. 📊 Reporting & Performance Tracking Submit daily/weekly sales report including lead sources, sales made, and challenges faced. Track personal KPIs like response time, conversion rate, number of follow-ups, etc.
