Our diverse product range includes bedding, sheets, curtains, pillows, toppers, and other furnishings. We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Refund and Claims Executive to manage Amazon order processing, handle refunds and claims, and ensure accurate financial reconciliation for a seamless customer experience. Job Responsibilities · Process customer orders, refunds, returns, and chargebacks on Amazon Seller Central with precision and efficiency. · Investigate and resolve customer claims and disputes promptly to uphold high customer satisfaction standards. · Perform accurate reconciliation of refund transactions, ensuring compliance with financial policies and Amazon guidelines. · Maintain detailed financial records of transactions, refunds, and claims for accounting and reporting purposes. · Coordinate with the logistics team to resolve order fulfillment, delivery, and return-related issues. · Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries regarding orders, refunds, and claims in a professional manner. · Prepare periodic financial reports on refund and claim activities to support accounting and business analysis. · Ensure compliance with e-commerce platform policies and internal financial controls. Requirements · 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with Amazon Seller Central, and familiarity with accounting processes. · Strong knowledge of order processing, refund handling, claim management, and financial reconciliation. · Experience in the textile industry or e-commerce marketplaces is an advantage. · Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, financial reporting, and record-keeping. · Familiarity with basic accounting principles and tools for transaction tracking and reconciliation. · Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur, Rajasthan.
