Coordinate with clients to
add, update, and maintain e-commerce product listings
.
Assist clients with
daily website updates
such as banners, pricing, descriptions, and inventory changes.
Ensure all product data, images, and specifications are accurately published across platforms.
Transcribe scanned or handwritten data
into structured Excel or CSV spreadsheets.
Edit and update PDF documents
(price lists, catalogs, product sheets, etc.).
Collaborate with the
digital marketing team
to assist in creating backlinks and improving SEO.
Conduct
regular website checks
to ensure all pages and features are functioning correctly.
Prepare and
update progress and performance reports
.
Generate
monthly reports
for clients summarizing key updates and website activities.

Requirements

Knowledge of
Shopify
and
NetSuite
is preferred (training can be provided for other e-commerce platforms).
Experience managing
any e-commerce platform
(WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
for data entry and management.
Basic experience with
PDF editing tools
(Adobe Acrobat, Foxit, etc.).
Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients and internal teams.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask efficiently.
Ability to work
independently and responsibly under minimal supervision
.

Work Schedule

Must be available to work during CST hours, up to 12:00 PM IST. Candidate can start work from 2PM IST.
