Job Title: E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive Job Description Key Responsibilities: Handle a wide range of customer inquiries related to orders, products, payments, deliveries, and website navigation via phone, chat, and email. Provide prompt, professional, and empathetic customer support to ensure high customer satisfaction. Accurately record and update customer interactions and resolutions in the system. Add and manage products in Zoho Books, including pricing, tax details, and inventory entries. Update and monitor stock levels on Amazon Seller Central to ensure accurate product availability. Handle and follow up on Justdial enquiries, ensuring timely response and proper tracking of leads. Update enquiry details, product information, and content on the company website as required. Follow up on purchase orders with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely processing and dispatch. Follow up on quotations with customers and close sales in coordination with the sales team. Act as a coordination point to follow up with vendors and customers regarding order status, availability, pricing, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order, inventory, payment, or logistics-related issues efficiently. Stay updated with Amazon policies, processes, and platform updates to ensure compliance. Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills in required languages. Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements. Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Optional):Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Zoho Books. Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations, inventory, and order management. Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
