→ Assist walk-in customers with their inquiries, product selection, or service needs. Ensure a positive customer experience by providing knowledgeable and courteous support.
→ Accurately input and update item details, including product codes, pricing, and inventory levels, into the accounting system to ensure real-time accuracy.
→ Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of the showroom to ensure an attractive and customer-friendly environment that supports sales activities.
→ Responsible for coordinating with the customers, addressing customer inquiries or complaints, and maintaining strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
→ Stay up-to-date with new products and market trends.
→ Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
→ Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
