About the Role

Sales & Business Development Executive

1+ year of experience in sales, lead generation, or eCommerce

What You'll Be Doing

Lead Scouting & Research

• Identify D2C brands on platforms like Amazon.in, Flipkart, Myntra, and LinkedIn
• Build and maintain structured lead lists and databases
• Research founders/decision-makers using tools and filters

Outreach & Follow-Ups

• Craft personalized outreach via:
• LinkedIn DMs
• Instagram DMs
• Emails (wherever applicable)
• Drive conversations to book discovery or audit calls

Sales Support & Coordination

• Keep CRM and trackers updated with lead status and next steps
• Assist with proposals, pitch decks, and audit call prep
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover post-conversion
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year experience in sales, eCommerce, or business development
• Familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplaces (must-have)
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Sheets, basic Excel tools
• Highly proactive, organized, and consistent with follow-ups
