About Ad Ascend:

Ad Ascend is one of India's fastest-growing Amazon marketing agencies helping brands scale profitably through performance-driven advertising and account optimization. We work with some of the most exciting D2C brands in the country and are now expanding our sales efforts to bring more high-potential brands on board.


Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to support our client acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in sales and eCommerce, with hands-on exposure to Amazon and B2B lead generation.


You will work closely with our Business Development Manager and leadership team to research, identify, and reach out to potential leads across marketplaces and social platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Scouting

  1. Identify and build prospect lists of potential clients from platforms like Amazon.in, Flipkart, Myntra and LinkedIn
  2. Use filters and keyword logic to spot high-potential D2C brands and sellers
  3. Research founder/decision-maker information and update structured lead databases


  • Outreach & Communication

  1. Reach out to prospects via:
  2. LinkedIn DMs
  3. Instagram DMs
  4. Email (if available or guessable)
  5. Personalize outreach scripts and follow up consistently to book interest calls


Sales Support & Reporting

  1. Maintain detailed records of leads, status updates, and response tracking
  2. Assist in preparing basic sales proposals or follow-ups under guidance
  3. Update CRM or internal trackers regularly


What We're Looking For:

  1. 0-6 months of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
  2. Strong communication skills (written + basic verbal)
  3. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Amazon marketplace, and Instagram
  4. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
  5. Curious, resourceful, and proactive mindset
  6. Comfortable with outreach and follow-ups via messaging platforms
