Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize user experience, increase traffic, drive conversions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform (Amazon, E-bay, Walmart)
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
• Analyze sales performance, traffic data, and customer behavior to optimize strategy
• Oversee product listing, pricing, promotions, and inventory management
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and design teams for seamless online operations
• Handle vendor relationships and coordinate with marketplaces
• Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.)
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, PPC, and other marketing tools
• Familiarity with CRM tools and e-commerce CMS
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with B2B and B2C e-commerce models
• Understanding of order fulfillment and logistics
• Working knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus
