Job Summary:

E-Commerce Manager

healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or nutraceuticals (drugs/supplements)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end order processing across multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
• Ensure smooth coordination between order receipt, packaging, dispatch, and delivery.
• Maintain accurate product listings, inventory levels, and pricing on all e-commerce portals.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Handle customer escalations, returns, refunds, and replacements efficiently.
• Monitor platform dashboards to ensure account health, compliance, and performance metrics.
• Analyze daily sales data, stock movement, and generate performance reports.
• Manage promotional campaigns, product visibility, and marketplace offers.
• Ensure all listings and product details comply with

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience

  in

  E-commerce Order Management

  within the

  healthcare, drugs, or supplements

  industry.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems.
• Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
• Understanding of

  healthcare product compliance

  , labeling, and listing guidelines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing online product catalogs for nutraceuticals or healthcare products.
• Familiarity with regulatory norms for OTC drugs and dietary supplements.
• Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns on e-commerce platforms.
