We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about women’s fashion, highly skilled in digital storytelling, and able to build a strong online presence for Sucoon across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage Sucoon’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (images, videos, reels, stories, campaigns) aligned with brand aesthetics. Monitor social media trends, fashion industry updates, and competitor activity to keep the brand ahead of the curve. Manage and grow Sucoon’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Collaborate with design, marketing, and e-commerce teams to align social media campaigns with product launches and promotions. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and building community relationships. Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns for growth and ROI. Qualifications Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands. Strong understanding of women’s fashion trends and social media culture. Proficiency with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Later, Hootsuite, etc.). Strong content creation skills (photography, videography, editing, copywriting). Knowledge of paid ads, influencer marketing, and collaborations is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
