We are a growing footwear brand based in West Delhi, currently live on leading e-commerce platforms including Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, and our own website. With expansion plans in motion, we aim to go live on more platforms soon. Our products are crafted with attention to comfort, style, and quality, catering to a wide range of customers across India.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations across all e-commerce platforms (Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, website, and upcoming channels).
• Handle order processing, label generation, and dispatch coordination.
• Maintain and regularly update stock levels using Google Sheets.
• Execute product cataloging: uploading new products, writing descriptions, setting prices, updating images.
• Monitor platform performance and take actions to optimize listings and maximize visibility.
• Identify and implement strategies to increase sales and improve rankings.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch and accurate stock flow.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer queries on portals.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team to keep product listings and promotions updated.
• Stay up to date with policies and trends across all e-commerce platforms.

Required Skills:

• Prior experience handling seller panels of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, etc.
• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and inventory management.
• Good understanding of cataloging, listing optimization, and online sales strategies.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• Basic understanding of data and analytics to track performance.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any field (Commerce, Business, or Fashion preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the footwear or fashion category is a plus.
