Job Description

Strategy and Sales Growth:Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth.
Website Management:Oversee the e-commerce platform's design, functionality, and user experience (UX).
Product Management:Manage product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
Digital Marketing:Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns using techniques such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and social media.
Data Analysis:Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, sales data, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations.
Customer Experience:Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience, from the website to customer service and post-sale interactions.
Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, IT, development, and sales teams to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals.
Team Leadership:Potentially lead and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists and specialists.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
E-commerce Platforms: Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to improving the online shopping experience.
Technical Aptitude: A basic understanding of web development and site optimization techniques is a plus.
