Speklio Media is a fast-growing digital marketing company helping brands scale through performance marketing, e-commerce, and automation. We work with multiple online businesses and digital product brands, managing everything from ad campaigns to product research and sales optimization. Role Overview: We’re looking for a smart, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as a Project Manager / E-commerce Manager. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with team members, tracking project progress, and ensuring all e-commerce tasks run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update multiple e-commerce product sheets and reports. Research trending and high-demand products for online stores. Coordinate with different teams (design, marketing, operations) to ensure tasks are completed on time. Monitor project timelines and ensure smooth workflow across departments. Conduct product sourcing research and maintain supplier data. Help with market research and competitor analysis for new product ideas. Support in managing digital marketing operations and campaign execution. Identify bottlenecks in workflow and suggest improvements. Requirements: Strong communication and coordination skills. Good knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and online research. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) is a plus. Basic understanding of digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) preferred. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Prior experience in e-commerce or project management will be an advantage.
