Job Description

Production Planning: Developing and implementing production schedules, considering factors like order demands, lead times, and overall production targets. Machine Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Ensuring knitting machines are in good working order, performing regular maintenance, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Quality Control: Inspecting the knitted fabric for defects, ensuring it meets quality standards, and making adjustments to machine settings as needed. Team Leadership and Training: Supervising knitting operators, providing training and guidance, and ensuring a productive and efficient workflow. Coordination and Communication: Collaborating with design, planning, and quality departments to ensure alignment with company objectives and effectively communicate with other teams. Technical Expertise: Providing technical support to the knitting team, including knowledge of machine operation, yarn handling, and fabric construction. Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in the knitting process, implementing new technologies or methods to enhance efficiency and quality. Inventory Management: Ensuring adequate yarn and materials are available for production and managing inventory levels effectively.
