E-Commerce Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's e-commerce operations, driving revenue growth, managing online platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.), and improving customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy across various marketplaces and/or D2C website.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal, etc.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for higher ROI.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Work closely with the marketing team for digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, and social media promotions.
• Plan and execute online promotions, festive sales, and special campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activity and pricing trends.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or online retail.
• Hands-on experience with major Indian marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
• Knowledge of tools like MS Excel, Google Analytics, Seller Central, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Furniture Industry.
• Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Exposure to paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus.

Working Days & Hours:

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (adjustable as per company norms)

Location:

Office-based role in Gaur City, Greater Noida West, with occasional travel to marketplaces or warehousing units if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
