E-commerce Manager– Shopify & Marketplaces: We are hiring an E-commerce Manager to manage our Shopify website and fashion marketplaces like Aza, Pernia, and Nykaa. The role is mainly focused on product uploads and daily order management. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end fulfilment: order processing, packaging, shipping, tracking, and delivery communication. Upload new products on Shopify and marketplaces (titles, descriptions, images, SKUs, variants). Ensure product listings are accurate and updated regularly. Execute and track daily orders across all platforms. Coordinate with courier partners for timely shipping. Track deliveries, returns, and exchanges until closure. Manage inventory sync and stock levels across channels.
