Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic WhatsApp Marketing Executive to manage customer engagement through AI-powered platforms like AISensy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing WhatsApp campaigns, handling customer queries, and driving conversions through personalized communication. This role blends marketing, customer care, and tech-savvy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns using AI tools like Sensy.
• Engage with customers who respond to campaigns, abandoned carts, or product inquiries.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with customers in English, especially those from South India.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements for better reach and conversion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads to drive sales and retention.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in WhatsApp Business tools and platforms like Sensy.
• Strong communication skills in English; ability to connect with South Indian customers.
• Experience in digital marketing or customer service preferred.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce workflows and customer lifecycle.
• Ability to multitask, manage campaigns, and respond to customer queries efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing analytics is a plus.
