Title: E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale our online marketplace operations across platforms such as Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, driving revenue growth, optimizing catalog performance, and leading a team to ensure operational excellence. This role requires strong marketplace expertise, analytical skills, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace & Account Management:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end operations across Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, and other relevant marketplaces.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies, SLAs, and best practices to maintain account health and seller ratings.
• Act as the primary point of contact with marketplace category managers, brand partners, and account representatives.

Catalog & Content Optimization:

• Lead product listing, cataloging, and content optimization strategies to improve visibility, rankings, and conversion rates.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in product data including descriptions, images, pricing, attributes, and inventory.
• Identify and resolve catalog issues, suppression, or visibility drops.

Sales Growth & Performance Management:

• Plan and execute marketplace sales strategies, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI across platforms.
• Set sales targets and ensure achievement through data-driven strategies.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Manage, mentor, and guide E-Commerce Executives and support staff.
• Coordinate with warehouse, finance, marketing, and supply chain teams for smooth order fulfillment and inventory planning.
• Work closely with digital marketing teams to align marketplace ads and promotions.

Order, Returns & Customer Experience:

• Oversee order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer feedback management.
• Ensure timely issue resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction and platform ratings.

Finance, Payments & Reporting:

• Manage payment reconciliation, settlements, and dispute resolution with marketplaces.
• Track margins, commissions, penalties, and promotional costs.
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for management review.

Analytics & Optimization:

• Monitor KPIs such as GMV, sell-through rate, inventory aging, ROAS, and return rates.
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend process improvements.
• Stay updated on marketplace algorithm changes, new features, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or marketplace management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Strong expertise in Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio seller panels and policies.
• Proven experience in team handling and performance management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with ERP and inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience managing marketplace advertising and promotions.
• Exposure to multi-brand or D2C marketplace operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
