*Job Description:*

We're looking for an experienced E-commerce Handling Manager to oversee our e-commerce operations in Sahibabad, Delhi. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless order fulfillment, managing inventory, and driving operational efficiency.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Manage e-commerce operations, including order processing, packaging, and shipping

- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

- Oversee inventory management and optimize warehouse operations

- Lead and motivate a team of handling staff

- Analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication

*Requirements:*

- More than 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
