The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers. Explain products/services to customers clearly and effectively. Follow up on leads over the phone. Maintain a database of customer information and feedback. Requirements: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred. Good verbal communication skills in English. Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus.
