Role Overview The Legal and Compliance Head will be responsible for ensuring compliance under government laws and regulations along with compliance requirements within the organisation and from buyers. Reporting Manager: CEO Location : Bikaner Office (Field travel as and when required) Responsibilities: Oversee the legal department and ensure legal compliance in the organisation and all its centres. Understand and implement compliance requirements of buyers, keeping Rangsutra’s ethics and vision as the guiding force across the organisation. Provide expert legal advice to senior management and other departments. Manage and mitigate legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Represent the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations. Lead audits conducted by IKEA and any third party, and support other compliance team members in their audits. Lead and keep a tab on SSTS, ensuring that sub-supplier audits are done on time and updated on the supplier portal. Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations and ensure the company’s compliance. Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary. Build a compliance audit chart for Rangsutra to ensure cross-audits at regular intervals for all direct centres. Track, follow, and update the yearly compliance calendar for Rangsutra. Ensure implementation of compliances under the Factories Act, 1948, at all production centres. Lead and execute Rangsutra’s compliance integration into the ERP platform so that compliance may be tracked and the impact created is captured, monitored, and accessible for all. Liaise with government departments for all certifications related to the Factories Act, Fire Safety Act, NOC, Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, OSH Code, 2020, Minimum Wages Act, 1948, Code on Wages, 2019, EPF Act, ESI Act, Social Security Code, 2020, Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, Industrial Relations Code, 2020, and any other relevant acts, including timely renewals. Coordinate and work with the Company Secretary to ensure company compliance. Engage, train, and mentor the team and create awareness regarding compliance. Document, guide, and support reports prepared by the compliance manager, and provide feedback to ensure proper documentation. Develop leadership capabilities within the team to strengthen compliance efforts at Rangsutra. Qualifications A law degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practise law in the relevant jurisdiction. 5+ years of experience in corporate law, with a significant portion in a leadership role. Extensive knowledge of corporate laws, regulations, and compliance matters. Proven experience in managing legal teams and providing strategic legal advice. Experience with compliance tracking tools and ERP systems. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity. Role Overview The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for leading Rangsutra’s digital transformation, including the development and management of the company’s e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, and digital marketing technology. The role will focus on setting up and improving internal systems to make operations smoother and ensure proper linkages between ERP and online marketplaces. The CTO will also be responsible for data tracking and digital campaigns to support sales. This position will play an important role in strengthening Rangsutra’s digital presence, improving operational processes, and helping the organisation create sustainable livelihoods for rural artisans through technology-driven solutions. Job Summary Rangsutra is seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Cum Merchandising Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our website and other online marketplaces ensuring that they operate efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with our company's mission and values. The Ecommerce Cum Marketplace Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day merchandising operations, digital marketing relationships, website management, product listings, data analytics, tactical promotions and overall growth of our online platform. Responsibilities 1. Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce platform on shopify – payment gateway, order management systems, plug ins, apps etc Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience. Optimize end-to-end e-commerce journey for our customers, from lead generation to conversion and post-purchase follow-up. 2.
