Ecommerce Manager (Key Accounts/Operations)

  • Position : Manager - Key Accounts & Operations
  • Department : Ecommerce
  • Location : Linking Road Bandra (West)

  • Qualification : Any Graduate

1. Ecommerce & Marketplace Strategy & Operations

  • Develop and execute ecommerce and marketplace and strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage day-to-day ecommerce and marketplace operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service coordination.
  • Ensure a seamless user experience by optimizing site navigation, performance, and functionality.
  • Monitor and analyze ecommerce and marketplace performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, bounce rate, average order value, marketplace ranking) and implement data-driven improvements.

2. Website & Marketplace Platform Management

  • Oversee the management and continuous improvement of the ecommerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and up-to-date.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions across various online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Flipkart).
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and UX specialists to enhance the sites design and functionality.
  • Ensure website security, payment gateway integration, and compliance with legal requirements (e.g., GDPR, PCI compliance).

3. Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images for improved visibility and conversions on both the website and marketplaces.
  • Implement marketplace advertising strategies (Amazon PPC, Sponsored Listings, etc.) to increase sales.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, promotions, and email marketing strategies to drive sales.
  • Utilize data analytics to track user behavior, identify trends, and refine marketing strategies.

4. Customer Experience & Retention

  • Ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process to minimize cart abandonment.
  • Implement customer retention strategies, such as loyalty programs, personalized marketing, and marketplace review management.
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to improve online customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews to enhance service and product offerings.

5. Sales & Performance Analysis

  • Track and analyze sales performance across owned ecommerce platforms and marketplaces, reporting key insights to senior management.
  • Identify new opportunities for revenue growth, including partnerships, marketplaces, and international expansion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in ecommerce management, digital marketing, or marketplace management.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and marketplaces (Amazon Seller Central, , Flipkart, NYkaa etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and marketplace management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
