The company deals in various products viz; Food Supplements, Ayurvedic, Herbal and Cosmetic Market.

Oxford currently looking for E-Commerce Manager Mumbai HQ

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead overall e-commerce operations across domestic marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Tata 1mg, Netmeds, etc.) and company website.
• Oversee creation, optimization, and compliance of product listings as per food supplements and cosmetic regulations.
• Drive online sales growth through strategic campaigns, promotions, and performance marketing (Google Ads, Amazon Ads, social media).
• Analyze KPIs such as sales, conversion, CPA, and ROAS to guide strategic decisions and present insights to management.
• Manage inventory coordination, order fulfilment, and logistics integration to ensure seamless operations.
• Driving core marketing initiatives; New Product Launches, New Channel Identification, Pricing Strategy across all digital platforms.
• Enhance customer experience by monitoring feedback, resolving issues, and improving rating performance.
• Strengthen SEO and content strategies to improve organic visibility and marketplace rankings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce goals with overall business strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA with 8+ years of e-commerce experience, in food supplements, cosmetic healthcare, or regulated product categories.
• 1-2 years of Leadership experience.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and performance tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical compliance and online regulatory requirements.
