About The Role

We are looking for a results-driven

E-commerce Digital Marketing professional

to drive online sales, traffic, and conversions across multiple digital channels and marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in performance marketing, marketplace management, and conversion optimization for e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive online sales and revenue.
  • Manage paid media campaigns across Google Shopping, Search, Display, Meta Ads, Marketplace Ads (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
  • Optimize product listings for marketplaces, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
  • Monitor and improve key e-commerce KPIs such as conversion rate, ROAS, CAC, AOV, and revenue.
  • Manage and optimize website performance, landing pages, and checkout funnel to improve conversions.
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives, banners, and product assets.
  • Analyze campaign and sales data to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Implement A/B testing for ads, creatives, pricing, and landing pages.
  • Work closely with supply chain, category, and customer support teams to ensure availability and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with e-commerce trends, tools, and platform updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in e-commerce digital marketing or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Merchant Center, and marketplace ad platforms.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom e-commerce solutions.
  • Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and email/CRM marketing.
  • Experience working with D2C brands or large e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
