As an E-commerce Manager at La Petite Alice, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our online stores on WooCommerce, Etsy, and Faire.com. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate and visually aligned product listings, optimizing listings with relevant keywords and descriptions, coordinating inventory across platforms, implementing WooCommerce plugins and settings, using advanced Google Sheets for bulk updates and reporting, making minor front-end edits using HTML/CSS, monitoring performance, and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and maintain online stores on WooCommerce, Etsy, and Faire.com, and potentially on other platforms. - Ensure accurate and visually appealing product listings aligned with the La Petite Alice brand. - Optimize listings with relevant keywords, descriptions, and tags. - Coordinate inventory to prevent overselling and stock mismatches. - Implement and manage WooCommerce plugins, integrations, and settings. - Use advanced Google Sheets for bulk updates, inventory planning, and reporting. - Make minor front-end edits using HTML/CSS. - Monitor performance, identify trends, and suggest improvements. - Collaborate with content, logistics, and marketing teams to enhance customer experience. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2 years of experience managing e-commerce storefronts, preferably on WooCommerce, Etsy, Faire, or similar platforms. - Proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, filters, and data cleanup. - Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor tweaks and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with WooCommerce backend tasks and popular plugins. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. - Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur with availability for in-office or hybrid work.
