Purpose of the Position:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Quick Commerce (Q-Comm) Marketing Manager to lead and grow HyFun’s presence across online grocery and instant delivery platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Big Basket Now, Amazon Fresh, etc.). This role will be responsible for driving consumer demand, increasing visibility, and ensuring best-in-class brand execution on Q-Comm platforms.


Roles and Responsibility:

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans for Q-Comm platforms aligned to brand and business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage seasonal, festive, and cultural moments to drive sales and visibility.
  • Build category-specific strategies to strengthen brand recall and share of basket.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive marketing plan that includes SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate programs.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, social media (Meta/Off app), and other relevant channels.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign performance, and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.

2. Platform Management

  • Manage relationships with account managers from Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, and others.
  • Negotiate visibility slots, performance marketing spends, and joint business plans.
  • Ensure strong representation of the brand through impactful product listings, banners, and store-in-store experiences.

3. Consumer Promotions & Campaigns

  • Conceptualize and execute promotions, bundle packs, and sampling programs tailored for quick commerce shoppers.
  • Collaborate with creative and digital teams to design buzz-worthy campaigns and platform-first content.
  • Partner with category managers to co-create activations (e.g., festival offers, app notifications, “deal of the day”).

4. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CTR, conversion, and share of shelf using platform dashboards and internal tools.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, purchase patterns, and repeat rates on Q-Comm.
  • Drive continuous optimization of visibility spends and promotions to maximize ROI.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Category Management to ensure product availability and OTIF (On-Time In-Full) execution.
  • Align with brand marketing, digital, and creative agencies for consistent communication.
  • Collaborate with finance to track budgets, spends, and ROI.
