E-Commerce Executive

Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online presence across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others. You will be responsible for product listings, inventory coordination, reporting, and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and returns. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, FirstCry and other marketplaces. Coordinate with the design and content team to ensure high-quality product images, titles, and descriptions. Track and update inventory levels across platforms to avoid stockouts or overselling. Monitor daily orders, returns, and cancellations; ensure timely processing and follow-up. Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and platform trends to improve listings and conversions. Coordinate with the warehouse team for order dispatch and packaging quality. Resolve customer complaints, returns, and inquiries related to online platforms. Conduct competitor research and suggest strategies for pricing, promotion, and positioning. Collaborate with marketing to run online promotions and ads as required. Maintain platform compliance by ensuring listings meet all guidelines and policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart preferred). Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools. Understanding of e-commerce operations, SEO for listings, and platform algorithms. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills for coordination and follow-ups. Preferred Skills: Experience with tools like Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar dashboards. Knowledge of festive/home décor product categories. Basic understanding of digital marketing or PPC on e-commerce platforms.
