Job Title: E-commerce Executive / E-commerce Manager

Department: E-commerce / Online Sales
Reports To: Head of Sales / Business Development Manager / Founder
Location: RAM BAGH, AGRA, UTTAR PRADESH
Industry: FOOTWEAR

Job Overview:

The E-commerce Executive/Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s product listings, pricing, promotions, and operations on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, JioMart, Nykaa, Snapdeal, and others. This person ensures strong online visibility, healthy sales growth, and efficient order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Marketplace Operations

  • Manage seller accounts on Flipkart, Amazon, and other platforms.
  • Ensure timely order processing, tracking, returns, and refunds.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment.

2. Catalog Management

  • Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, bullet points, images).
  • Ensure listings meet SEO standards and marketplace compliance.
  • Update product pricing, offers, and stock regularly.

3. Performance Monitoring & Analytics

  • Analyze sales reports, ad performance, and conversion rates.
  • Track key metrics like GMV, ROI, impressions, click-through rates, and ACoS.
  • Use analytics tools (Amazon Brand Analytics, Flipkart Dashboard, etc.) to improve sales.

4. Advertising & Promotions

  • Plan and manage sponsored ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads).
  • Execute promotions during events (Big Billion Days, Prime Day, etc.).
  • Collaborate on pricing strategies, discounts, and deals.

5. Account Health & Compliance

  • Monitor account health and resolve policy violations, suspensions, or penalties.
  • Maintain high seller ratings and customer feedback scores.
  • Handle customer complaints, escalations, and reviews.

6. Coordination & Strategy

  • Work with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align e-commerce goals.
  • Suggest strategies to grow online sales and visibility.
  • Keep up with trends and changes in the marketplace ecosystem.

Key Skills Required:

  • Experience in managing Flipkart, Amazon, and/or other marketplaces.
  • Knowledge of seller panels like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub.
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Google Analytics.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Digital marketing knowledge (optional but preferred).
  • Problem-solving and operational efficiency.

Salary Range (India): 10000-15000 (DEPEND ON THE INTERVIEW)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
