E-commerce Executive

Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage product listings, categorization, and the day-to-day operations of our online store. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be passionate about delivering an excellent online shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Product Listing: Accurately list new products on the e-commerce platform, ensuring all relevant information (descriptions, prices, specifications) is complete and accurate. Product Categorization: Organize products into appropriate categories to enhance user experience and ensure easy navigation on the website. Image Uploading: Upload high-quality images, ensuring they meet the platform’s standards and reflect the product accurately. Inventory Management: Work closely with the inventory team to ensure product availability is updated and accurately reflected online. Content Management: Assist in creating and managing content for product pages, ensuring descriptions are SEO-friendly and engaging. Customer Queries: Support customer service by addressing product-related queries and providing accurate information to enhance customer satisfaction. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on product performance, sales trends, and inventory levels for review by the E-Commerce Manager. Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and product promotion. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in an e-commerce or retail environment is preferred. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and content management systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
